Donors usually get to dictate how their donation is used so it’s possible he asked for it all to go to mech e. It’s a big department at GT!

Yep. They do. My friend got to direct how his $28M donation is being used at Vassar. He selected several different projects and departments there. $100M is a HUGE donation and the Mech E department at GT is very lucky. I wonder if the bowling alleys in the GT student union could have used a facelift
