Am I the only one who finds this thread idiotic, and the comments insulting to other posters, which is a violation of terms of service? Give it up, or grow up!

You can’t get there from here.

Although - wherever you go, there you are, as the saying goes.

I don’t think I’m especially insensitive but I just reread every post and didn’t spot the insults. And some folks who are pretty familiar with the TOS seem okay with the thread so far.

Mulberries, sassafrass, pokeweed and pruners
Kitchens and bathrooms and closets and lawn care
Adding tomato to okra with glee
These are a few of my favorite things . . .

(um pa pa, um pa pa, um pa pa, um pa)

Calgon and chocolate - what school board elections!
Tiny Prints browsing and prom day reflections
Dustbunnies, cobwebs on hands and my knees
These are a few of my favorite things . . .

When the words bite
When the post stings
When I’m feeling mad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel sooooo bad!

:)

Saint fan, that is beautiful.

Definitely glad to be here.

I see many of you like to ignore certain posters, whereas I prefer to ignore certain cities. Miami is one of those.

Holy Toledo, GA2012!

Wow! The thread created to not write offensive posts is considered offensive.

So love your poetry saintfan!

Using this thread now to keep off of Pinterest as well. I am not really a collector, but i can’t stop pinning recipes that I will never cook.

Stopped myself this week from starting the “Why is my Sr such a jerk?”, “Why does visiting family have to be so annoying?”, and “Do you think posters are getting on my last nerve because my baby is graduating?”

Watching “A Room With a View” in lieu of saging the thread . . . ahhhhhh . . . happy place :)

I watched Streets of Fire last night to see a young Willem Dafoe, Diane Lane and the amazingly bad acting of a beautiful Michael Pare. At the end of the movie there is an amazong song “Tonight is What it Means to Be Young”. I burst into tears because my DS is the same age as I was when I played that song during my senior week.

I also cried when watching Harry Potter last week when he and the gang were sending their kids off to Hogwarts. Need to watch a happy movie

No, you’re not.

At least I know what i am talking about!
;)

adding tomato . . .

LOL on ignoring Miami
no idea why which makes it even funnier to contemplate

I’m getting a little knot in my stomach worrying that there is no safe haven on CC. Not even here … What happens when here starts to feel like there? Are stronger substances required? More effective than methadone? More gluey than okra?

:)

It was a different century. What can I say.

Here. Not there. And not that other place either.

Letting that one pass by - no need to get involved
