Yeah I did (well…tried) the gallon of milk as well.

I was doing really well and drank it until there was only about an inch left on the bottom. I was feeling fine and drank it fast (10 minutes into my time limit of 1 hour) and so I decided to take a break thinking that I would digest the milk if I waited and guarantee being able to drink the rest. Instead, after about another 5 minutes I spewed up the milk and chunks of dinner out of my nose and mouth. It was the weirdest feeling though, the spew had serious power and volume and it actually felt good to get it up.

I swear I could have finished (definitely still would have thrown up) if I hadn’t taken the break.

I tried the saltine thing too (except it was 7). Took me like 2 1/2 minutes…not enough saliva, it wasn’t painful but there’s no way I can do it.

I also did the cinnamon (uhh I guess I’ve done it all haha). A full tablespoon. It was extremely uncomfortable and it irritated my throat but I was actually able to swallow it all. I’ve heard of people spewing up blood by doing this before so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I wasn’t aware of this when I tried it…plus it gave me a nice stomach ache too.

EDIT: A number of people have done the milk challenge before without throwing up. It’s just a very small percent of those who try. So go ahead and have fun trying…
