The Milk Bet

I was betted to drink a gallon of milk in one hour after proclaiming my love of milk to the world . .
I started a little after dinner at 8:02 pm and drank 4 large cups
And at 8:20 pm i vomited it all
It was the worst vomit of my life, chocolate milk & gastric acid was coming through my nose and mouth, i felt like i was gonna die
Do you think anyone could actually do this and survive?

I’ve heard this before- it’s not possible from what I’ve heard. Too bad you didn’t tell us before you did this act I would have warned you! Maybe it’s possible, but I’ve only heard bad tales (like yours) from those who have tried. Sounds like a bit more pain than I would volunteer for

I know for a fact that I can drink a gallon of ice tea, water, pepsi, mountain dew, (years ago) and beer within an hour. A gallon of milk provides an interesting challenge. I would have to have numerous Oreos and some hershey chocolate mix to mix it up a little.

Milk is different from ice tea, water, pepsi, mountain dew and beer! It’s a different content. But then again you did say you’ve had more beers than I’ve ever heard of in a relatively short amount of time so I guess if anyone can do it, you can

I will do some Internet research to see if this is possible, then get back to you. This could be an easy money maker over the halloween weekend if it is not possible.

Ugh … I usually like to take risks. And if I wrote about it before I tried though, I probably would’ve been more determined to actually do it because everyone would be saying don’t do it. I didn’t think it would be really bad, I was seriously thinking “1 gallon in 1 whole hour … no sweat”
The worst part though is that the vomit smell is staying in my nasal airway. And it won’t go away, I’ve tried eating different mints and vanilla flavored stuff and sniffing victoria secret lotions … nothing. Everytime I breathe it’s like reliving the experience
Hah Joe, maybe I could do water, but i don’t think I could do carbonated stuff … the milk is so thick though, I don’t know if you could do it. If you did it’d probably be a record
Oh yeah and eating dinner about 45 mins before probably didn’t help

Yeah it’s one of those things where it’s like easy. But I think it has something to do with the milk on a chemical level or something. Why don’t you go to sleep, the smell will probably be gone in the morning

Another interesting, and less disgusting bet. Can you eat six saltine crackers in one minute? It seems so easy, but nobody at my school was about to do it.

The most accepted theory for why this won’t work is that the stomach simply cannot produce enough acid to counteract the basic effects of the milk, causing one to throw up.
Geez sarah you’re as naive as this batboy  (im kidding mods)

We had some kid in my physics class eat a big spoon full of cinnamon. That was some funny stuff. Right as he was eatting it brown smoke came out of his noise and his face was really really red, aww that was a funny moment. He ended up developing a major headache from what he told me, and his eyes were funny looking through out the day. He ended up managing an A on his AP chem test. He was the only one that was able to do it in my school that day, but it was great watching.

I have done it before…

You just need to space out the drinks…

I sort of have a “natural talent” for it. I don’t know. I just chug and chug and chug…

W/E…

I too love milk! I accept the challenge! But in the future… at the moment I’m sick, just ate dinner, have to sleep, etc.

Check out this video:

YouTube;

Tried to chug down a whole gallon of milk

Also… got a video of a guy trying to eat raw cinnamon… gotta find it and upload it

a fraternity at my school did the gallon of milk in an hour kind thing a few weeks ago. it is said to be not possible because your body cannot produce enough acid to neutralize the milk, but there were a few guys that actually made it.

Just reading all these bets and it’s so funny… I once was dared to drink/eat a concoction made from leftovers of a lunch at a French restaurant…

What went in that glass? Chocolate mousse, orange juice, fish bits, leaves from the tomato soup, tomato soup, and some chicken.

And I didn’t throw up so we (the girls) got the boys’ money. Ching-ching! :D

damn 500 bucks. not only did he not get the money but he lost his job lol. what a SUCKER
I think I produced enough acid, i mean the stuff was coming out of my nose and mouth; my throat hurt a lot after i puked, and i think it was because of the stomach acid.
I bet the cinnamon stunt was funny, i know i couldn’t do that though
or that french food mix … eww
my brother got in trouble with the principal once for giving a freshman a HABANERO pepper, the kid started crying . . poor thing
i think i could do the saltine cracker thing, i dont have any crackers on hand though but if i try it and succeed i’ll get psychotic to confirm . .it doesn’t seem hard at all though
When I told my mom what I did not only did she call me an idiot for trying but told me to be quiet when i told her the details. I think i was grossing her out but it’s funny because she works in the medical field and has probably heard much worse

NO no no no no. what if you barf again. you know my dad still thinks it was me who puked all over his beautiful lawn. i know it’s only 6 saltine crackers but still. no more experiments at my house.

Another good one to do is bet someone to swallow a spoonful of flour. Some unsuspecting chump will try to do it and end us drinking water all night. The flour absorbs all of the saliva in your mouth just sitting there, so when you try to swallow it you have no saliva left to get it down. It feels like you have dirt in your mouth. It is so disgusting.

Yeah I got suckered into the flour trick. It was a small spoonful too, I thought it would be easy.

wow i didn’t know any of these stuffs…
haha i’m gonna make my sister do all these
