<p>On Monday there was a segment on the Today Show promoting a new list from Kaplan, I believe, of 25 colleges that are coming to be regarded as the New Ivies.</p>

<p>And Olin is on the list. . . . </p>

<p>I thought it was remarkable that there were several techie schools on this list of just 25 . . .Olin, CMU, RPI, and Harvey Mudd.</p>

<p>I too was very surprised when I saw the list in Newsweek today. Olin, CMU, and RPI are all on my list and to see them all listed was a big surprise.</p>
