These are my stats. What do you think?

2130 SAT (730 M/750 CR/650 writ)
790 US hist, 660 Math 1 (bad I know), 650 Bio-E
Top 10% of class, 3.9 weighted GPA
8 AP’s (two 4’s, two 5’s so far - English/bio 4’s, Comp Sci/US hist 5’s) The four aps this year are psych, stats, euro, eng. comp and honors physics (note school does not offer AP micro/macro) I got a C+ in precalc honors which might hurt (but I blame the teacher lol)
Decent EC’s (not listed), 1 team captain, 150 hours vol, at least average essay imo, two good rec (Wharton grad, UVA grad) + guidance counselor rec

Also, does anyone think I should retake my SAT’s? I’ve only taken them twice, both without really studying (also didn’t study for subject tests). I really think I may be able to get a better score on math, maybe CR and probably writing on a good day, but I don’t know whether it’s worth it.

Okay, well I’m an international student, I live pretty far, in the middle east actually
fluent in 3 languages: English, Arabic and French
I’m currently doing the full International Baccalaureate program (IB) it’s known as the hardest high school course there is, and my pessimistic predicted grades (i.e. the lowest I can get) is a 36 (I’m not sure if anyone here understands IB scoring) WITHOUT bonus points
I did the University of Cambridge General International Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSEs) which is a British educational system, and got 5 A+ grades and 5 A grades in 10 subjects which were business studies, french, arabic, english language, english literature, maths, chemistry, biology, history, and art.
I got pretty low SAT scores, but I only did the SAT once and got 1970
I’m doing my subject tests in English Literature and French tomorrow
I was part of my school’s Model United Nations team and we travelled to The Hague in the Netherlands to take part in the world’s largest conference.
I also volunteered at a stable last year to help disabled children improve their condition through therapeutic riding.
I was secretary of my school’s senior student council last year and class representative for 5 years
I have over 300 hours of voluntary community service
(didn’t list that on my application though :S)
and I was a member of my school’s football (soccer?) team for my entire high school life
and I was house captain (my school has houses, which are kind of like 4 competitive factions)
