Also, like @windycitydad said lock means nothing really the schools are locking it down so the applicants wont edit them. Some prefer to lock them some wont. for Few schools it means they have reviewed the FA application.

UPS My Choice is focused on the user’s name by default. You probably want to add the applicant’s name to the account.
The mail thing doesn’t mean you got in or not, its just something that can hint it.
