<p>Hell Ya!!! I’ve already got a party lined up on friday - If I get rejected by UCLA I’ll be depressed boozing hahaha, if I’m accepted though, CELEBRATION!</p>
<p>my friend is having her birthday party on saturday. im thinking if i get in, im gonna go ahead and integrate my own little celebration with her. hahah</p>
<p>@sfwarrior College acceptances are way more important than birthdays anyway. In fact, I think she should let you open and keep all her presents! haha</p>
<p>That’s the spirit. I’m going to pour a shot of Tequila (Just one, as I assume it’ll be early-mid afternoon) and have it by my computer. No Joke. I’ve had this bottle of Patron since Christmas, but I’ve had no reason to drink it! </p>
<p>Here it is, ladies and gentleman! And like Solidblu mentioned, accepted or rejected, I’ll be having a drink!</p>
<p>So yeah, my roommates are about to put me out on the porch for annoying them with my incessant reading and rereading and analyzing of EVERY word in every piece of correspondance. So i have decided to join you like-minded individuals for this late night conversation…</p>
<p>Q: Why inform freshman first? I mean let’s think about it, in terms of who really should know first, i think it’s us transfers. Why? Simple, we’ve got apartments to sublet or break leases for, jobs to quit/find, cross-country moving to plan for and heck let’s be real, what if we just don’t get in? Then guess what, it’s on to planning the next few years at the same college you’re already at.</p>
<p>So my question is, us transfers with so much life choices to make, shouldn’t we know first?</p>

<p>I’m going to say it! I like the sound of being a Bruin more than being a Golden Bear. I just think UCLA has it all! Academics, Hotties, Sports, Weather, The Quarter System (I’d so much rather switch to quarters than stay with semesters.)</p>

<p>Yeah my friends at UCSD say they really like the quarter system because if you have a hard class its over quick.
Especially with those upper division classes.</p>

<p>@Evan “Finna” is a corruption of “fixin’ to.” It means I’m planning to do something or thinking about doing it. Like “I’m finna go to the grocery store later” or something. I guess it’s from the South . . . we learned this in my folklore class</p>
