<p>I was so surprised since on ASSIST it says I needed a History course and AP credit does not fulfill it, but I explained that having taken APEuro and APUSH, my community college had no other courses I could take to fulfill the History requirement. I mean, I took Chicano History, but that was not a choice on ASSIST. So, I truly don’t know how I got in hearing that even the simple things like that could be automatic rejection! I just hope they won’t rescind my offer last minute because of this history requirement. I asked the admissions rep who called me, and she said to not worry about it. I HOPE SO! </p>
<p>@cayton they are giving me multiple different grants that add up to their estimated cost of attendance. My housing may be a little more then what they estimate, but this definitely means no loans. If the grants/scholarships are a couple hundred short of my family’s actual cost of living I am A-Ok with that. Every other school said I needed to contribute at least 5,000 myself so this is awesome.</p>

<p>Log into myberkeleyapp. On the lower left-hand side you should see the name of your admissions officer. If that doesn’t work, just ctrl + f the term “admission officer” after logging in.</p>
