<p>rpatelx, as an Indian applying to COE from OOS, your SAT only slightly above average and your GPA is far below. The College of Engineering is much less holistic in their acceptances from what I’ve seen, so GPA and SAT are basically all that matter (with far more weight placed on GPA). Therefore, your chances actually are that low, maybe even lower.</p>
