<p>I borrowed this idea from the parent cafe, because as a former impulse shopper I wanted to play too but my wants seemed extremely juvenile compared to theirs. XD Is there ONE thing that you just REALLY want to buy, but can’t justify the expense?</p>
<p>For me it’s a set of hot rollers for my hair. Seriously. A while ago it was an ipod, but then I actually bought one and returned it because I decided it wasn’t worth it. Got a kindle with that money instead, which was also something I had been coveting for a long time.</p>
<p>I’ve been staring longingly at a bread maker, too… and a homemade ravioli maker… and a beginning polish language book…</p>
<p>An iPhone 4 and an iPad… I have been a Blackberry fan forever, and couldn’t fathom giving up my Verizon service to switch just for the iPhone, but now it’s coming to Verizon, and I’m having an inner battle about giving up my perfectly good Tour for the iPhone. As far as the iPad, it’s been strictly an issue with expense until I found out my tax refund is going to be $1K more than expected. Now it’s that I want to wait for the newer version that is rumored to be released around April or so, but the wait is going to drive me insane! There are some other things too (new comforter, the shark vac/steam, new cookware, etc), but those two are the ones that are currently whispering sweet nothings into my checking account’s ear.</p>
<p>I’m sure my list of wants is laughably self-indulgent, but… I’ve been searching forever for the perfect winter coat (mid-thigh, high wool content, stylish and not just a plain peacoat) and flat leather boots (in either cognac or black). My parents offered to get me a coat for Christmas this year, but I couldn’t find any that I liked. I’m pretty petite, so most coats I try on are bulky and ill-fitting. </p>
<p>Also, a leather continental zip-around wallet.</p>
<p>God I wanted a wool coat SO BAD and I finally got one for Christmas. Unfortunately now it is too cold to wear it, so it will have to wait until towards the end of winter when we get back into the double digit temperatures.</p>
<p>Oh, this thread inspired me to order a pair of boots from endless.com just now. We’ll see how it fits - I really hope I get to cross boots off from my “itching to buy” list!</p>

<p>I am allergic to milk, so the bread and ravioli makers are perfectly reasonable purchases since I can’t eat that stuff unless I make it from scratch, and the polish language book is because I have relatives in Poland that none of my living relatives here in America can communicate with. Buuuuut I just spent $30 on nail polish, so I am not allowed to spend any money for the month of February. lol.</p>
<p>I want to buy halo reach, but I’m hesitant to buy any video games for over $20. I can get it for 25 now, but I’m probably not going to play it immediately, so I’ll wait…</p>

<p>Ooh, I have wanted a new wallet for a while. I’ve had mine since I was a kid, and while it’s not totally juvenile, a grown up wallet would be nice. But I haven’t been able to justify the expense since there’s nothing wrong with the one I have.</p>
