The pains of Preparation

No pains, thank the Lord Almighty. My coach says if I start to have bad pain, then I should check my stretching routine and my rest periods.

Problems? Yeah. I can pump out push-ups, but it’s quality that I need to work on. I’m starting to do them next to my reflection to make sure my back is straight (I guess it doesn’t help being a “WUBA” haha, going old school there) and I’m going down far enough.

I’m trying to get those pull-ups conquered, too. I don’t care much for weight-lifting machines, but I like the pull-up bar and the free weights. Since the coach who was going to help me has decided to leave, I am relying on 2-minute tips from random coaches and the wise words of a few male classmates. :/
