<p>My GPA is pretty solid at 3.95 weighted but I was wondering if it hurts admission chances to a school like Michigan if your GPA is declining overall. Freshman year I had a 4.0 and sophomore year I had a 4.1. However this year I took three aps and I have a 3.7. Will the downward trend make a difference or will the colleges factor in course load increase?</p>
<p>They will notice the course load. I would imagine most schools would rather take a 3.7 with 3 AP’s than a same-year student who has a 4.0 and no AP’s</p>
