<p>DS#2 did much better in admission to OOS publics than in-state. In hindsight, in fact, it seemed so much better that the word “collusion” floated through my head.</p>
<p>My DD is an OOS student at her university. However, OOS acceptance is pretty difficult at this school since state law mandates that a very high percentage of the students at said school must be in-state residents.</p>
