<p>People, friends, family all tell that graduate school matters the most, therefore it matters to which graduate school you end up. Well my question is, once you enter college as a freshman, are you starting by a clean slate? Such as a 4.0?</p>
<p>Good question. I would guess yes, since usually college GPA and grad school GPA wouldn’t compare, and wouldn’t be fair.</p>
<p>i.e., someone who came from a community college v. someone who came from Harvard undergrad.</p>
<p>It’s similar to the HS GPA —> college GPA switch.</p>
