Apparently TSA has special terminology for the concourses. When DW asked if there was a mail drop, she was told it was located “at the entrance to the B hole”. Priceless.
Sort of begs the question as to what they call the A Concourse? 
Not to mention the third concourse.
Did you say you thought the B hole was an EXIT only?

^ Come to think of it, the TSA agent’s name was Lawrence and it was a flight to Texas. Coincidence???
