Ok its the week before the Big Test! I’ve practiced, and I’m ready for it. How much sleep should I get? Is 8 hours enough? Should I eat a great breakfast everyday this week, or just on test day? How should I sleep more everyday this week? What should I do differently? I want to do my best, I mean, it’s the Big Test! What else should I do? Thanks!

Btw: In case its not obvious, by big test, i mean all tests like act, sat etc.

Kinda like the old story: 2 guys and a girl are stuck on an island. one is a honest kind gentleman, and the other an evil murderous jerk. The good one wants to help the girl and himself, the evil one wants to kill him and rape the girl. They get into a fight, which one wins? Your right!

lol…when he says “they” fight, do we have a choice of all three??? if so, i would say the girl wins no matter what. If the good guy wins, she gets to leave with him. If the bad guy wins, atleast he really wants her and they are alone and all…lol…

you should just not stress out. just totally chill out. i’m serious. i mean like when you on in to the test room, what you know won’t affect your grade as much as how confident you are in yourself.

be confident enough to stay focused and encouraged.

i suggest the day before, getting yeah 8 hours of sleep. then eat some cereal or something in the morning. stretch. wear comfortable clothes but not too comfortable or else you might get the urge to fall asleep during the test.

you’re going to do fine. just breathe and watch a movie or read anice book the day before.
