<p>I just got off the phone with D., who confirms it’s true. The article doesn’t say it, but D. says the girl was actually even going to classes to keep up appearances.</p>
<p>This has happened twice at Rice in the past few years. Weird, but I can see why someone would do it. :-)</p>
