“… These schools were selected for this list by the very consumers dependent on the food — the students — and it’s clear that the people have spoken. We reached out to the dining services teams at the institutions on this list, but none of them responded. The home of the worst college dining in the nation featured dishes filled with surprise ingredients — and we don’t mean caramel-filled desserts, maple scones with bacon, or a plastic baby inside a king cake. There, students have found insects and products you can buy at Home Depot and Staples in their meals. Yes, nails and office supplies. True story.” …

@Dave_Berry Not sure why you would post an article from 2016 now. Much has changed/improved at Fordham since 2012 including getting a new food provider so the article is not close to being up to date.
I’m a sophomore at Carthage College and our food is the absolute worst. Our food is processed through Sodexo… quite possibly the worst college food provider there is. I’m trying to bring it to the attention of the college, and I need some help… Food poisoning, rats/rodents running through the processing/packaging factories, parasites and sometimes unidentifiable things left in salads, burgers, and more… it’s all too much and there’s no way to avoid paying to it, because it’s included in tuition! Help me research and create a petition… maybe to create a case against the school and Sodexo. I’ll shoot my email out for serious inquiries. Please help!
