<p>yeah, I kinda think writing portion is just grammar formulas… (except the essay i guess) Once you come up with all the error types, and learn why they are wrong, I think you’re pretty much set. I believe it’s much easier to improve writing than reading.</p>

<p>It’s not really grammar “formulas”…more like grammar knowledge. You just have to know what they’re looking for, because the sentences are totally contrived around the errors.</p>
<p>There’s only like 10 grammatical rules you have to know for the Writing Section, about 3 of which compromise half of the test. Easily memorizable.</p>
