Things you can do with a friend who has Parkinsons that would be easy for them to do?

Eating out or having coffee can be anxiety producing. A movie might be an option or a play. Snacks at our home with a drink might be good. Any other ideas?

Although it’s not that great of a time of the year (depending on where you live, I suppose), just going for a long drive somewhere while you catch up in the car is nice, if you live somewhere where going for a drive can be pleasant (i.e. sightseeing, even if it’s places you’ve seen before).

This time of the year, finding a neighborhood that’s known for really doing up the whole Christmas/holiday lights is fun, too.

Letting the friend pick the time-of-day for getting together could be a big help. FIL had on-times and off-times related to the medication schedules. (That may have gotten better by now; he’s been gone a while.)

Drinks in cups with lids and straws are a lot easier to manage than are glasses and coffee cups if tremor is a significant issue.

I like the sightseeing drive idea.

Taking a water aerobics class?
They have both deep and shallow, and it is good exercise for someone with nerve or muscle issues.
the water gives support in a way that being on land does not, and it can be very theraputic.
