<p>I recently graduated from a college on Long Island, SUNY Farmingdale State, with a degree in Aviation Administration, and looking back there were some things that I wished I could have done when in college.</p>
<ol>
<li><p>I wished that I could have joined the college’s flight team and compete in competitions with other aviation colleges.</p></li>
<li><p>Even though I took a leadership role in becoming president of the AAAE (the FSC student chapter of an airport management organization), I wished I started a club where aviation students could play on realistic desktop flight simulators and fly with other virtual pilots online.</p></li>
<li><p>I believed that there used to be an aviation fraternity (Alpha Eta Rho) on campus a long time ago. Had thoughts of starting that frat up again. </p></li>
<li><p>Sometimes I felt that I should have went to my local state school, Rutgers, and get a business degree, since I had idea of starting up a small coffee/tea shop instead of wanting to work in the aviation industry. Now don’t get me wrong, I like aviation a lot but I like to do both hopefully in my lifetime.</p></li>
</ol>
<p>So these are some of my thoughts of things that I wished I could have done differently when in college. Do you have anything you wished you could have done differently when you used to be in college?</p>
