<p>Interesting report on high value colleges and universities in Kiplinger. It also says that UNC and UVa are the only two schools in their top 100 (public?) to meet full need. That was surprising. </p>

<p>Why would that be a surprise? I find it surprising that any public U will meet full need, particularly for OOS students.</p>

<p>But note that some of the schools listed have low list prices, even for out of state. These might be worth looking into for some financial situations.</p>

<p>The UC’s, UMich, UNC, UVA, all have been considered “Public Ivys” For many years now.</p>
