<p>Would any of you know whether or not Intel STS or Siemens Westinghouse accepts projects completed by United States citizens in different countries? I have been given the opportunity to work in a least developed nation and complete a science project that could really benefit the rural communities of both that nation and others. Is that “legal,” granted I get IRB approval and such?</p>
