Her picture is on the link that I posted. There is a video and below the video there is a picture of the boy and the girl. The girl is also in the video.

I wonder if she’s covering for an older boy by saying that this little kid is the father.

Is it true that in the US, juveniles three years older then their partners can be considered sex offenders?
I believe it varies by state with regard to age of consent, but 13 must be pretty close to the youngest.

RebelCats, When a boy has precocious puberty, he grows at least a bit taller, and you might see some acne or - for a dark haired boy like this - you might see a little trace of a mustache. This baby-faced boy is four feet tall. We’re not thinking a 13-year-old can’t father a child. We’re thinking this 13-year-old didn’t father this baby. I’m not sure, but good heavens, it really does not seem possible.

I agree with most of the other people posting on this. I suppose anything is possible, but I find it very hard to believe that this boy is the father. I remember very well when my son was 13. Yes, he had some classmates who probably could have fathered any number of children. But there are almost certainly visible physical markers of precocious puberty – height and at least some facial hair, particularly on the upper lip. This boy shows neither.

When my son was 13, he also looked like he was about 10, and was often mistaken for being that age. And I am quite positive, from some things he mentioned to me (then and in subsequent years), and, ahem, certain things I may or may not have noticed about his laundry (sorry!), that he could not possibly have fathered children yet. Or even accomplished certain things that would be essential prerequisites to such an achievement. (I know I can’t be too graphic here!) I’m quite certain that he was by no means unusually “late” in such matters.

God, I hope my son never reads some of the things I write here.

Man, Alfie’s mum looks like ten miles of bad road…

He does look too young & undeveloped to have fathered a baby. But when my girls got their first periods, they didn’t look developed either. Still, it does make you wonder if he’s taking the rap for somebody older–and maybe going along with it because he thinks it makes him a “man” to be perceived as capable of fathering a child. There are big self-esteem issues for boys who still look so small and childlike at 13.

Seems odd that a rather mature-looking 15-year-old girl would want such a childlike boy as a boyfriend in the first place. Something’s fishy there. If not a paternity coverup, then something “off” about the girl.

Did any of the posts use the word “boyfriend”?. I’ll repeat what I said above. In the US, this might be considered close to sexual abuse. Can you imagine what you’d be thinking if HE was as developed as HER, and she less so- like him? What is the age of consent in the UK?
