Thanks! We have tried the shaking trick, but that only works as a short term solution with this printer. I’ll have my husband see if this one has a sensor.
We search the internet for all sorts of stuff…computer problems, household or car problems, medical issues, how to get rid of pests, whatever…And yes, we check out the you-tube videos on “how to”…
My frustrations resolved…and often money saved.
Also love that I can find some unusual product with (oftentimes) ease.
I googled “interweb”. INTERnet plus world wide WEB. Plus a comment about newbies on one site.
Love being able to find answers (usually) on the computer. Sure helps when trying to decide if a pro is needed for simple stuff (once you learn how to do it). Thank you all the You Tube helpers!
Awww, wis75, our family thought we created the word “interweb”. 
My husband is pretty sure he DIDN’T birth this line but it’s one of his favs now:
I get all of my info and half of my lies off the interweb.
He does have fun that man.
