This is my 90 year old Aunt! She's amazing!

[90-Year-Old Fitness Instructor Good Day Sacramento](<a href=“GoodDay Sacramento”>GoodDay Sacramento)

This is my mom’s oldest sister. She’s 90 years old and still teaching water aerobics, yoga, etc.

She only RECENTLY stopped snow skiing and water skiing (she was amazing at both and taught all of us kids).

She still drives every weekend from Sacramento to her Tahoe vacation home (she was widowed about 4 years ago).

She had a MAJOR stroke about 8 years ago and had an amazing recovery.

Here’s to many more years Aunt Cecilia…we all love you!

YAY Aunt Cecilia! Awesome.

Amazing - truly inspirational! Now I’m feeling bad about skipping the gym this morning!

oops…meant to put this in Cafe…can it be moved?

Thanks!

I would TOTALLY go to her class! I stopped going to classes and won’t even work with a trainer because the idea of someone 30 years younger than me telling me what my body should be able to do and how I should feel makes me angry.

She doesn’t look a day over 70!

Wow! She is terrific!!

What an inspiration to everyone she meets. You are a very lucky niece.

VERY impressive! She’s a goal!

Wonderful! I wish her many more years of health and happiness!

Awesome. Keep going Aunt Cecelia.
My MIL is 81 and attends group workouts at her Senior Center three times a week.
The last time we visited she was ordering a workout video she can do at home on rainy days because she doesn’t like to drive in the rain but doesn’t want to skip working out!

Need a like button. Very cool.

She is amazing, mom2collegekids!

Your aunt is amazing both physically and MENTALLY. Must be that Sierra Nevada water!
