If anyone of you have ever ordered a book on collogeboard.com and are international, you must have noticed it.

The rates for educational matter is same for expedite and express mails upto 500 grams in UPS. They offer only these two services and rates are same for educational metter that is $6.95. The only difference lies in the cost if there is a CD sent coz the rate will then be double for express.

As PU materials are considered educational matter, PU will have to pay the same for bot types of UPS shippins.

So therefore all shippins will be express for internationals (as there is no CD sent)
