<p>Thanks so much for the link. ( I just had to reply) I laughed because mine are just like that, and my oldest almost went to U of Wyo!!! I know to the rest of you it sounds kind of wierd, but for my daughter at the AFA, her horse provides hours of activity and fun for her. She is able to forget all of her problems as she takes care of her horse. We just saw the two of them for parents weekend. We took the girls to a B and B where, (you guessed it) they took riding lessons all weekend. (they provided the horses, thankfully) The interesting thing for her was seeing all the German video from when the owners went to Germany to purchase horses. Now she’s interested in pursuing Air Force options in Germany where they have this wonderful dressage training. My younger will want horses and tap, not ballet!! Anyway the academy has a club that takes the approx. 50 cadets to the barn twice a week for $20 annually. They have a choice of a trail ride or to ride in the arena and get lessons. (horses provided) My daughter did a paper on the the horses the army used in Afghanistan (someone from West Point was in charge) and she said it was a lot of fun writing it. I’m not into horses, but I can see the enthusiasm spills over into her regular duties, and it really enriches her life.</p>

<p>And dressage, my friends, is the coolest thing ever. Next to jumping of course! :wink: It is the most beautiful thing to watch. The strength those riders have is amazing. So lotsofbooks, your dd still has her horse stabled at AFA? That is too good. I know at WP, the “mules” give the kids there an opportunity to help with their care & they love it. When they were re-doing the stables, the mules were moved to my friend’s farm. She loved having them for a while. Said they were spoiled. LOL</p>

<p>Hee Hee Hee. Of course not silly. She’s much uglier & older than I am. I just wanted to pull Cougar’s chain. As to the married part, I’ve been terrorizing the same man for 26 years. He can’t run, he can’t hide. He tries but I’m just smarter & can figure out where he is. Like a mule with a carrot, as long as I keep Yuengling in the frig, I see him atleast by 6pm everyday.</p>
