<p>What’s this yr’s commended cutoff going to be? i really hope its like 202 or 203. i got a 203 and i really want to get something out of this psat.</p>
<p>I scored 198 on the PSAT. I live in Puerto Rico, where the cutoff index is lower than the US. Do you think I can qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program? And another thing, don’t I get an advantage over other people that have English as their primary language, whereas I have Spanish as my main language, but I still achieved a 95 percentile?</p>
