Thoughts on recruiting

<p>Stemming from this online article, it made me think about my class and recruiting. I do understand that elite students are a privileged group when it comes to the job market. But I do feel like many students “bend” their dreams and aspirations with the lure of money. Finance and consulting does not represent 1/3 of my class, but I know that about that many get recruited to those fields. The hook is very good, but it does put a brain drain on other areas of the economy.</p>
