After having dinner with neighbor, I had to come back to report that she sold every single one of those uber expensive pieces, except the hutch which is going to auction in Scottsdale. I didn’t know that her mom’s art dealer husband was well-known, so this wasn’t a random estate sale. The BSA came yesterday to clear out the garage and take everything that was left.
The house gets painted and staged for sale next week. I hope we like the new neighbors.
