I Was wondering does the ti-89 show steps to solve a equation too? I am using this calculator to practice. A freind told me i could just use my ti-84 with a program called zoom algebra. What do you all think?

No, it just gives you the answer.

u cant use the ti-89 on the act if ur practicing with it

LuckMC11 is right, on the real ACT you cant use the ti 89, Im going to take the ACT in OCT, and honestly the 89 is not necessary. The 83 good enough.

you dont need a !#@$%#$ graphing calculator for the ACT, lol scientific at most…

yea i guess ur right but i only used the calc for a few questions on the whole math test lol
