TI-89 froze up HELP

<p>My ti 89 titanium just froze up saying illegal instruction, I took off the batteries and said it when i put it back in, PLEASE someone with knowledge HELp ME</p>

<p>Try this:</p>

<p>Press and hold down the following keys together:
**2nd, left arrow, right arrow, and ON. **</p>

<p>If this fails, you will then have to remove all of the batteries, including the lithium backup battery.</p>

<p>mine froze the other day too, and when it unfroze, notefolio and stats were gone. weird</p>
