Has anyone ever had their shower tile reglazed and grout redone? Our shower is large and the majority of the tile is okay, grout needs to be redone and sealed. We have had estimates for retiling the whole thing but wondering if we should just spruce it up since we will be downsizing and we think new owners might want to come in and choose their own colors etc…
