<p>When people say 12:15 PM does that mean it is 12:15 in the afternoon, or 12:15 at night?
Basically, it all depends on when it turns from AM to PM, between 11:59 to 12:00 or 12:00 to 1:00, of which I am not sure.</p>

12:00 AM is midnight.
12:00 PM is noon.</p>
