<p>There is a 12 hour time difference between Ulaanbaatar (where I live) and New York. That means I can submit my application on around morning 10 o’clock the next day of the deadline, right???</p>
<p>I’m not sure but it sounds risky. I advise you to send it on the deadline.</p>
<p>haha yes you actually can. i’m vacationing in china right now, and when i sent my application yesterday (12/30) at 12 a.m. my time, the common app still marked it as sent 12/29. :)</p>
