<p>I had my counselor and teacher recs and school info etc. sent for a particular school already but the online app/essays part is taking longer than I thought. Will colleges know what to do if they receive recs and school info from an applicant they don’t have the official app from yet? And do they get irritated if say, you don’t get the rest of it in for a week or two afterwards?</p>

yes, they will know what to do.
and no, they will not get irritated because they are too busy to notice something as trivial as that.</p>
<p>as long as it’s all in on time and it’s all easily identifiable as your material, you’ll be fine.</p>
