Time legnth of the tests?

I seriously searched EVERYWHERE
for the time length for sat subject tests.

I went through all my princeton reviews subj test prep books,
went through the college board website FAQ,
but just COULDN’T FIND IT.

How much time are we given on those tests?

How much time on BIO e/m?
like, is there different time for must-solve questions and e/m questions?
ex: 60 min for first 60 questions,
and MUST move on to the next section after 60 minutes.
and take exactly 20 minutes for e or m.

on sat, you do one section, and you MUST not do that section again even if you have time left over after the second section.

Is that the case for bio e/m,
and other subj tests?

I’m not sure about the other tests. Bio is 60 minutes total, with no break. You just bubble whether you’re taking E or M and fill out those questions in the same one hour time period as the core questions. I’m pretty sure all the subject tests are 60 minutes, but someone else will have to verify that.

^I’m pretty sure all non-language ones are 60 minutes at least. The language ones with speaking may be more, not sure though.

All tests are 60 Minutes.

Because everyone is taking a different test, they wouldn’t be able to keep track of all of the different sections of Biology. They just let you pick within the 60 minutes.

Language tests don’t have speaking. It’s either Reading or Reading and Listening.

haha, I’m surprised you didn’t find that anywhere. As said, each one is an hour long, and for bio, once you get past question 60 (I think that’s the dividing line), you choose to continue with 20 questions of ecology (61-80 or so) or you skip those twenty and do the 20 molecular questions (81-100 or so).

what if u do bio the 60 core questions and then the ecology ones…and then the Molecular ones also just cause u had time…? would they take the best one…or is that against the rules to do both bio e and bio m?

it is definitely against the rules. Ashley, if you mark only E or M on your answer sheet, only the answers from that section will be taken into account, the machine will not even look at the other section. I am not sure what happens if you don’t mark any of them or you mark both of them on your answer sheet, but I guess you will receive 0 points or your test will be cancelled because the machine won’t be able to read your answers.

ALL ARE 60 MIN. bio - use 45 min for 60 core and 15 for E or M. rumor is that e is easier, i dunno.

A friend of mine said that E was super easy, but I glanced over the questions and they seemed harder than the M questions, to me. So it just depends on which you know better.
