<p>The website says 5 p.m., how accurate is this? I’m kind of thinking it will be a few hours before that, how has it been in the past?</p>
<p>5:00PM and zero seconds last year. Well, I’m not sure about sero seconds, but it wasn’t working 15 minutes ahead of time, and it was working 5 minutes after. Somewhere in that interval it opened. You can check repeatedly all day to see if it opens early. I know that’s what I did. There was no server congestion, for the record.</p>
<p>It’s probably done by machine, not by a guy with a stopwatch.</p>
