<p>anyone have any techniques to relax… it seems we’re all living on less than 4 hours of sleep a night?</p>

<p>Hmm, techniques to relax…I have trouble with that too, cuz when I get nervous or stressed out I end up making myself physically sick. The best I can do is talk to my boyfriend on the phone, or take a nap, which helps a little. </p>
<p>Yeah, until the 16th, I’m pretty much getting no sleep.</p>
<p>this sucks… haha yeah i took up YOGA cuz i knew this college app process would be a b1t(h and a half! boyfriend… lol lucky you… im still in the post break-up stress. college will definitely be fun. </p>

<p>I made my parents promise not to open any of my college letters,because I don’t want anyone to know before me. </p>
<p>Everytime i go by the mailbox, I check it. It’s going to be even worse next week. Everytime I hear a car go by, I’m going to be looking to see if it’s the mail truck. </p>
<p>I really have better things to worry about, like finals next week and passing calc II, but I can’t concentrate at all.</p>
