<p>I’d say try Allen Hall or Taft. But especially Allen. A quote from the girlfriend (she lives in Allen) of a friend, “It’s so nice at Allen, you always know someone has extra pot lying around.” It isn’t too hard to find. And I think the people that do it are obvious b/c they act different (I’m obviously not a smoker so I don’t know about quality or price). It isnt prevalent (not really part of the culture, except maybe at Allen the liberal dorm) at all but it is definitely there for those concerned.</p>
