so far I just bought some vitamins I needed that at on sale. We need a wifi mesh so are looking at those.
I bought some household goods, Ilia makeup, and a fan.
So timely. I didn’t know it was Prime day. Late last night I was scrolling on Amazon for bedding for the bunk beds DH is building but left all the selections in my cart because I wasn’t sure about a couple of the items. This morning I went back to it, and three of the items were marked lower due to Prime day! I made my final selections this morning and checked out to significant savings. Yay!
I have some often ordered things in my basket - coffee filters and gallon zip lock bags. At this time my wish list items not included.
These are a good deal but I DO NOT NEED! I love Reef sandals but don’t know that I can do the higher ones. They are great for beach, around water, casual outings.

I ordered sunglasses for the grands (who are always losing theirs) 3 pair for $15. Razor blades and a Chom-chom pet hair roller.
I’d love to get Bose Quiet Comfort set of headphones, but I DO NOT NEED a set of headphones.
They are really nice…
At our age, it’s not about NEED, it’s about WANT. I love mine. They are very comfortable.
Well, I got a medical backpack ($10 off from the manufacturer’s website) and a pair of knockoff Teva sandals (no sure if they were on “sale,” but about 1/2 the price of Tevas and had good reviews). Most of it was paid via an Amazon credit remaining from when I returned a pair of shoes that I decided weren’t as comfortable as the Hokas I kept.
Had bought the recommended wallet/credit card sized tracker for DH and see it on sale now. I have an airtag in my wallet which is bulky, so bought one of these thin trackers
Just had the front porch flexible hose burst, so I ordered one off of prime day. I use that hose all the time.
I took the deals on Cascade pods and batteries. Not terribly exciting.
I purposefully didn’t check to see what would be on sale because I tend to purchase what I do not need. Yesterday I agreed to a book club, and decided I needed a new kindle (I have 2 old ones). It arrived this morning, right when I saw it as $35 cheaper today. I thought about returning and reordering, but figured I’d reach out and see if I could get the $35 refunded. I got it refunded!
Just bought some running shoe inserts and vitamins. Saved over $25 off my usual prices. I’ll take it!
I don’t really need my wallet any more. I have my credit cards and digital ID on my iPhone. I pay everything with a tap. I even have my company’s ID on my iPhone, so I could tap to get through security gate.
When we were checking out of the hotel yesterday (I wanted the paper copy of the bill so went to check out at the front desk) we were held up because the gentleman in front of us was checking in, but did not have his actual credit card with him and they insist on having the card to run through their system to hold for incidentals. A digital card was not acceptable. They had to have the actual credit card, so there are some reasons to still carry a wallet. I carry my insurance information and a variety of other things as well and I actually carry some cash
I don’t personally like to attach the bulky gizmo on the back of my phone that can hold some credit cards and cash. I need the back of my phone clear because it charges on the induction gizmo in my car.
OK, went back to Amazon. I bought a Kitchenaid stainless steel mixing paddle, dough hook and whisk. (The coating on the original cast aluminum attachments was cracking and flaking off. Who knew you were supposed to hand wash those parts?)
Also bought 2 bottles of Nielsen Massey vanilla.
I made cinnamon rolls today and noticed I needed all of the above.

Also if I can find one I like I’m going to order a bidet seat. I had an outlet put in bathroom beside the toilet when I had the electrician out to install outlets for the gas fireplaces so all I need now is the seat.
I agree that some places, including kiosks in Japan required the physical card and not just your phone or digital card. Fortunately I had both so I was fine. I do keep some cards in my phone case and have done in tiny card case. I also carry some cash, just in case.
Ok I just bought these for our family vacation. Granted, there are NO children on our vacation. I was influenced by someone on Instagram I trust as much as you ca. trust someone you don’t really know, lol.
She is calling them a great “coffee table toy” plop them on the coffee table and people can leave them alone whether they are 4 or 40 or 80! I think this would be great gift for kids or kids at heart. Good price
So far I have ordered nothing, and am proud of myself for that.
I considered some shampoo and conditioner, but I have enough for at least 6 months already, so decided not too.
It’s fun seeing what others are getting.
Well, I’m only buying things that I had been thinking about buying for awhile and the prices seemed reasonable enough, so I bought them. It helps that I had an Amazon credit. Haha!
