Tip for getting into a good law school: learn to be VERY CAREFUL

This advice is blantantly obvious but I’m just saying it to vent my self-hatred.

Learn to AVOID CARELESSNESS. You can know the stuff better than anyone else and still end up doing worse because you’re a careless little ****. The following situation has happened to me at least three times so far during my undergraduate years: I know the crap, but I cost myself a whole f-ing letter grade (from A to B) because I make one or two stupid f-ing mistakes such as filling in the wrong bubble even though I knew the right bubble, or (more often) misreading the question which, because of one single word that changes the whole f-ing correct answer, costs me 10 f-ing points. If you have the same problems I do, just make sure to learn not only the material, but the method on which to overcome carelessness. Which is to MAKE SURE YOU HEARTILY CONSUME EVERY GODDAMN WORD IN EVERYTHING YOU READ, OR IT WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT YOU ON THE LSATS.

Good day.
