<p>Im planning on attending Stern next year and was wondering what they really look for so I can start working on my extra curriculars, grades etc? If any of you guys have any pointers i’d appreciate it!</p>

<p>thay want all the qualities that the ivies want with a bit of emphasis on leadership. high SAT, good GPA, Sat IIs, ecs. If its your top choice apply ED.</p>

What kind of SAT score do you need? and what ecs do they look well opon?</p>
<p>If legionaire’s post is any indication, I should have gotten in. I had no leadership, didn’t take the SAT II, and I applied on the last day. I got in though.</p>

<p>your stats aren’t bad and you did have leadership(captain). but i guess you can consider yourself lucky, NYU requires SAT II’s from next year. i guess luck is also a factor in admission, some people just slip in and many people with really good stats are either rejected or waitlisted, as was the case with quite a few people I know that applied to Stern and other ivies.</p>
