<p>I literally spent months searching for and selecting a strong topic for my Common Application essay. Now that I’ve finally chosen a topic and written a first draft, does anyone have any tips for the writing process?</p>
<p>Once you have the content decided upon, I suggest to spread out the writing over several different sessions. Come back and re-write once you have it in good of a shape as possible. Then show it to someone else to read to get external feedback.</p>
