<p>Write fast, write neat, use a standard pattern, throw in SAT words, write 2 pages. Fill your essay with as much “good” BS as you can think of. Score: 12.</p>

<p>That’s what I did. I believe I wrote a horrible essay, but I filled up every line. I got a 12 also.</p>
<p>My kids swear that they could include a reference to Animal Farm in nearly every essay. LOL</p>
<p>What everyone else has said. If you try to write a good essay instead of a BS essay, you will not score above an 8, because it won’t fill all 2 pages and won’t use enough long words.</p>
<p>Jeez if these tips are true, the SAT essay is complete BS then. We should go back to the 1600 system.</p>
<p>Plus I score higher without the writing section :D</p>
<p>exactly every essay is just basically BS. You just have to make it sound smart. LOL</p>
