<p>It’s in physics tution. Even the timing is unbelievable. 5:30- 8:30 pm.

<p>Yes, in India we have finals in March see? These are preceded by mock exams (pre boards) which take place in January in preperation for the main ones.</p>
<p>I expect we’ll have a bit of fun after the test at Sir’s place though so it’s not that bad.</p>
<p>2230 composite/2250 superscore. They’ll have to be tolerable. There’s no way I’m taking that horrible test again!</p>

Nopie. We have classes Sat night coz he works at drdo and the only two days he has off are weekends. It’s okay, it’s not like I would have done anything other than study on saturday. I hope you remember how it became once december came in (in 10th).

<p>Yea normally it should say that. But it doesn’t as yet. However, when I go to the SAT bit it says ‘View and send scores.’ When I click on that it just redirects to my old page with no scores. So annoying!
Ha well I’m glad you found a good Physics teacher. Some of my friends hate their tution teachers. But anyway, it looks like it’s gonna be a white Christmas here. Hopefully you’ll celebrate Xmas somehow (wear a Santa hat to tution haha), otherwise I’ll eat an extra chocolate for you!
I’m watching Audrey Hepburn movies. Aren’t I being productive in my holidays?</p>
<p>Yes, it is very difficult to get a good physics tutor in delhi. I had two options: one at a regular tutorial with ~60 kids or him (12 kids). Both are reputed to be excellent. I had spoken to my current tutor in 11th and found him very very impressive. he’s got to be, he’s teaching kids even after being a scientist simply because of his love of physics. He is a person I admire immensely and shall be in touch with for life. We have all learnt a lot more than just physics from him.

<p>Yes, I really admire those teachers who have a serious passion for teaching. It really shows. And IMO, it makes you respect them more without them asking or having to say sharp words or dole out punishments or try too hard to become ‘cool’ in our eyes. There are a handful of teachers like that in every school, and you can tell they’ve made an impact when everyone from the resident nerd to the class clown unanimously agrees that that teacher’s the best
YAY you like Audrey Hepburn! I love Breakfast at Tiffany’s and MFL! I only watched Tiffany’s the day before yesterday, I was dying to watch it so I made my dad order the DVD. I don’t regret it-it’s such a classic and I love Hepburn as Holly. I’m watching How To Steal a Million right now. I think I’ll order Sabrina next, only because it has Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart in it. Humphrey Bogart was immense in Casablanca (It doesn’t hurt that he’s quite the looker )</p>

<p>R-You should! She is timeless. In her age, people thought she was boyish with big feet because she was so different from the buxom blondes like Marilyn Monroe. But I find her so much more elegant and beautiful than any other actress of her age. AND she could act. You should rent Breakfast at Tiffany’s or My Fair Lady some day and watch it (I’m assuming you have some free time now for the holidays?)</p>
<p>I definitely will. I’ve always wondered what that scene outside of Tiffany’s meant lol. I’ll finally find out.</p>
