Title: yea or nay?

I’m writing a transfer essay for MIT that asks you to choose between two prompts. The options are titled “Essay A” and “Essay B”. Should I title my own essay with one of these, so as to avoid confusion as to which prompt I selected, or should I try to come up with my own creative title and hope that my choice of prompt is evident based on what I have written?

combine the two!

ex:
Essay A: the day the world didn’t end.
(or whatever title would be relevant to the prompt.)

Won’t the admissions committee be able to tell which prompt you’re addressing from your essay?

Frankly, I wouldn’t want to spend characters/words or lines of text on a title.
