TMJ issues from a broken Jaw that healed incorrectly

A few years ago when I was very young, I started to notice one jaw side would click and have a sharp pain/inflammation. After seeing several TMJ doctors, chiropractors, dentists and getting X-rayed, they found that my TMJ problems were from a broken jaw (left side) that failed to heal correctly and is now bent (instead of straight like the other side) in the X-ray (I cannot recall breaking it though).

Do I need surgery to fix this or can I use alternative medicine? What kind of doctors or surgical procedures should I ask for if I am to go through conventional or alternative routes?

I wanted to ask my question here because conventional doctors give so many mixed messages and unhesitatingly recommend the most invasive techniques.

As if anyone here would know. Come on now.

At least ask on a medical board.

The last thing I would do is take medical advice from anyone on this board.

In your case it sounds like an amputation or a vasectomy are in order. It’s all interrelated. You better cover both bases… Just in case.
